HJ Cooper by Rinnai: everything covered for the first year. Inner cylinder replaced free of charge in years 2 to 5, and in years 6 to 10 — but from year 6 the removal, re-installation and labour are the owner’s cost.

Commercial installs get less. The figures above are for a single family home. Fitted anywhere else — a rental block, a motel, a salon — the manufacturer's cover drops to Inner cylinder to 3 years, and the labour is yours from year 2.

The labour cover depends on who installs it. Manufacturers only honour it when the cylinder was connected by a licensed plumber. We are one — so if we fit it, the full warranty stands.
