We bring it ourselves.
A cylinder weighs more than a person can safely carry and it dents if it is dropped. We do not hand it to a courier.
Where we deliver
Across Auckland for a flat $30. It comes out from the trade counter to the address you give us, and we agree a day with you first rather than having it turned up unannounced. If you are outside Auckland, call us — we can usually still arrange it, it just is not automatic.
Pick up instead
You can collect from the trade counter if you would rather. Bring a vehicle that fits it and someone to help lift. We will confirm the branch and the time once the order is paid.
Payment
We confirm the price and the delivery day first, then invoice you. The cylinder is dispatched once payment clears. Every price on this site includes GST, and a GST invoice comes with the order.
If something is wrong with it
Check it over when it arrives. If a unit is dented or damaged, tell us the same day and we replace it — do not install it. Manufacturer warranty is handled through us as well, so you deal with us rather than chasing the brand yourself.
Installation
Quoted separately, because it genuinely depends on your site — the pipework, the electrical supply, and how easy the old one is to get out. Tick the install box on any product page and we will come and look, or use your own plumber. Either is fine.
